Sam was absolutely brilliant throughout and created the perfect gaming sleepover set up for my ten year old. The boys loved their teepees and said the beds were really comfy. The whole room looked amazing, down to the small touches and lighting, it was really magical. Everything went so smoothly, completely stress free and Sam is an absolute delight to work with. I arranged a teepee party for my daughter’s 11th Birthday and Sam went to the finest detail to make it look absolutely stunning. Honestly it was better than I imagined, it was just beautiful and my daughter was so so amazed! I will be doing it for many more birthdays in the future as this was a truly magical experience. What is Glamping?
The short answer is glamorous camping
What areas do you cover?
We cover Chelmsford and areas within a 10 mile radius is free. We can and do go further afield but we would have to charge a small travel fee, this will be advised when we send you the quote.
What sizes are the bell tents?
Our bell tents come in 3 sizes, 4m, 5m, and the huge 6m.
Are Bell tents waterproof?
Yes, our Bell tents are made using waterproof fabric that has been treated to make it durable and able to all harsh weather conditions
Is bedding provided?
Yes all bedding is provided to make this a hassle free event from start to finish.
What time is check in and out?
This varies depending on locations and all our bookings, we ask you to put a preferred time and we aim to be as close to that as possible for you.
How long do the set ups take?
Each bell tent takes roughly an hour but that can be dependant on the pitch and distance to it. We aim to be as efficient as possible but will take time to ensure every set up is perfect before leaving. Collections are usually speedier and normally less than an hour.
What should I wear to sleep in ?
We always advise layers, full length pyjamas or onesies are ideal as it tends to gets colder at night.
Where can you pitch a bell tent?
Bell tents are pitched on grass, the grass must ideally be cut and cleared of any animal waste. Bell tents can not be set up indoor or on paving slabs, we cna sometimes set up on artificial grass depending on whats underneath the grass.
Do you require a parking space?
Yes please, every set up requires a lof of equipment being carried back and forth from the pitch/set up location so parking nearby is very appreciated!
Do I need to do anything before hand?
Yes, the space for the set up needs to be prepared and ready for the set up, for our bell tents and luxe picnics we need a clear grassy area (grass cut ideally and all animal deposits picked up) and for our indoor pamper party and indoor teepees please ensure the area is clean and empty pre arrival.
Can you pitch under trees?
No, for safety reasons we cannot pitch under overhanging trees.
Is food included?
No we do not provide food but we have excellent contacts with other local companies who we can put you in touch with.
What if it rains for the luxe picnic?
No one likes to eat in the rain so we ask you to have an indoor space that can be made available if needed.
Do we have to wash up?
All we ask is for you to scrape the plates and empty the glasses, we will leave you storage for you to put it all in when you have finished and we collect and do the rest.
What is the security deposit?
A security deposit, often called a damage waiver, is a refundable deposit you pay in case you damage the tent or any of the equipment. This will be returned to you on date of collection.
